Please inspect your package very well in the presence of the courier.

Exchanges are allowed after 48 hours only from accepting the package.

If exchange is due to a defect the shipping will be free of charge but if it’s not due to a defect you will pay an extra shipping charge.

Refund: Allowed ONLY during the presence of the courier, you can reject the package and pay the shipping fees only. (If you deposited any amount of cash it will be refunded to you within 48 hours prior to rejection).

If the courier leaves, NO refunds are permitted.

You can pay through Cash on Delivery, Vodafone Cash, Instapay, or Telda — whichever is most convenient for you.

Deposits are completely optional — you can choose to pay the full amount upon delivery if you prefer. However, customers who place a deposit receive an exclusive 5% discount on their total order as a thank-you for confirming in advance.
